ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 9.11.2015 and file final report.

2. In the petition, it is averred that the petitioner is the Ward Secretary of ADMK party of Thiruvallur Town. Already there are disputes between the petitioner and one Kandasamy, Town Secretary of ADMK Party of Thiruvallur Town. While so, on 9.11.2015 at about 8.48 a.m., the said Kandasamy through cell phone No.96002 62229 had contacted the petitioner in his number 93809 39232 and threatened the petitioner with dire consequences by using filthy language. Further, he has given life threat to the petitioner and his wife by engaging rowdies. Immediately, the petitioner has lodged a complaint with the third respondent police and the same was assigned CSR number as CSR https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.420 of 2015. Since, no action was taken on the said complaint, the petitioner again lodged a complaint with the third respondent police on 16.11.2015. But, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint also. Hence, the petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 9.11.2015 has been assigned CSR Number as C.S.R.No.420 of 2015, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.420 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
