W.P.NO.14421 OF 2014 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J., This petition is listed today under the caption for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.In the Paragraph No.6 of the order dated 12.02.2015, it has been mentioned that there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent alone and it is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the same may be issued as respondents.

3.Accordingly, the paragraph no.6 of the order shall be read as follows:- "6. In the light of the above, without going into the merits, there will be a direction to the respondents to consider........."

This Petition is clarified accordingly.
