The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to cultivate petitioner land situates at Pappampallam Village, Natnahalli post, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri district in survey No.149/1A measuring to the extent of 1.99.0 hectares and take appropriate action against the respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.05.2022

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that both the parties were called for and enquiry has been conducted and thereafter petitioner agreed to withdraw the complaint that he would proceed before the Civil Court.
