O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to give license to run a Bunk shop near Fire Station, at Koyambedu Market, Chennai, pursuant to the representation dated 14.12.2017.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material documents available on record.

3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submissions made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
