2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order passed by the first respondent has subsequently cancellced vide order dated 13.06.2024 and therefore, the present revision is nothing survives for adjudication.

3 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal revision is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
