Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application in O.A.No.1/2013/B1 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER

Mrs.M.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is being disposed at the time of admission, by dispensing with notice and counter of the private respondents 4 to 10, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the private respondents 4 to 10, at this stage in this writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the last hearing was held on 16.06.2022, on that day, the petitioner has taken time and that the case has been adjourned to 14.07.2022.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 further submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioner's application in O.A.No.1/2013 by the 2nd respondent/Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Sathuvacheri, Vellore, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent/t/Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Sathuvacheri, Vellore, to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application in O.A.No.1/2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
