This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the first respondent and subsequently forwarded to the 2nd respondent on 26.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 26.04.2016 given by the petitioner to the Commissioner of Police, Chennai, has been referred to the second respondent for enquiry.
