(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32763 of 2019 dated 04.12.2019 that he shall stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai daily at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 P.M until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
