2. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to amend the correct vehicle number TN-12-S-8341 instead of TN-12-S-8167 in Crl.R.C.No.604 of 2020 order dated 07.09.2020.

3. In the petition for return of lorry, the petitioner appears to have inadvertently given a lorry number as TN-12-S-8167 instead of TN-12-S-8341. This Court vide order dated 07.09.2020, directed the return of the lorry bearing Registration No.TN-12-S-8167 on certain conditions. Since the lorry number in the order passed by this Court, differs, this petition has been filed for the amendment.

4. On a perusal of the F.I.R., the lorry number has been given as TN-12-S-8341. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed for the amendment in the order, is allowed and the Registry is directed to issue a fresh amended order to the petitioner on payment of charges. 30.09.2020 sni 2/4
