Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Uthangarai and report before the Uthangarai Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12703 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Uthangarai and report before the Uthangarai Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12703 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted bail on 24.08.2020 and they are regularly complying the conditions from 27.08.2020. The learned counsel would further submit that due to compliance of conditions, they are unable to go to their employment regularly. Hence, seeks modification of the aforesaid condition.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.12703 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2/5

4. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Crime Number in the order dated 28.09.2020 has been wrongly mentioned as Crime No.711 of 2019 instead of Crime No.859 of 2020.

Accordingly, prays for appropriate orders.

2.In view of the above submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to correct the Crime number as Crime No.859 of 2020 in the cause title, in the order dated 28.09.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.5780 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12703 of 2020 and issue a fresh order copy.
