These petitions have been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail pending investigation in crime No. 774 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased was running RV, Engineering Construction company at Wimco Nagar, Chennai, and the deceased stated to his wife/defacto complainant that the accused persons demanded (mamool) from him. Subsequently, on 26.10.2023, the accused persons attacked the defacto complainant's husband with knife inside the office and he died. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
