Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the Petitioner for selection and allotment of college and course by arriving the merit list of selection by applying rule of reservation particularly with reference to rotation for SCA as provided in G.O.Ms.No.65 P & AR Department dated 27/05/2009 and as per rules notified in G.O.Ms.No.50 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 29/04/2009, following 200 roster point, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that as per the order dated 19.09.2015, the petitioner has been re-allotted to Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai as per the request made by her in letter dated 15.09.2015 and in pursuant of the order dated 19.09.2015 the petitioner has joined the L.L.M Degree Course in the Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai on 28.09.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
