ORDER
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by both sides that when loan application was given, the petitioner applied for the same. It is further submitted that a paltry sum of Rs.23,800/- was given.
2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application seeking further amount and as and when, it is done, the same may be considered as per law. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to approach this Court, if so advised.
