ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's husband Paulraj Kumar, aged about 30 years, before this Court from the custody of the 3rd and 4th respondents and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.The petitioner is the wife of the convict. Pursuant to the complaint made, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking his production. A complaint has been registered in Crime No.1125 of 2020 for man missing on 23.09.2020.
4. On a perusal of the status report filed by the second respondent and the statement given by one Amarnath, as directed by us, it appears that the husband of the petitioner has ran away from the place of his residence apprehending action from various creditors.
5.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed. However, the respondent/Police is directed to continue with the investigation and secure the detenu. As and when the detenu is secured, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
