This petition is filed for direction to extend the time period for complying with the order of this court in the above mentioned W.P.No.10603 of 2017 dated 15.11.2023.

2. This court vide order dated 15.11.2023 in W.P.No.10603 of 2017 ordered as follows:

"6. In view of the fact that the relief sought for in this writ petition has been partly granted by the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent University to consider the case of the petitioner and grant all consequential benefits from the year 2010 onwards, if he is entitled to and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed."

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to administrative delay, the order passed by this court dated 15.11.2023 could not be complied within the stipulated time. The learned counsel therefore seeks further time to comply with the order.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner further time of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to comply with the order dated 15.11.2023 of this court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
