ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis of the complaint given by one Haseena, the respondent police is frequently calling the petitioner and harassing her under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after enquiry, the complaint lodged by the said Haseena has been closed and hence, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
