(CRIME NO.18 OF 2017) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No.C mentioned in para No.6 of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.933 of 2022, dated 19.01.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KALAIYARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.933 of 2022 on 19.01.2022 to report before the Theni Town Police Station on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders except on the Court hearings and shall appear before the trial Court on all hearings without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all further hearing dates.
