Prayer in W.P.No.30786/2013:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent Notice dated 21.10.2013 in No.Na.Ka.978/A1/2013 and quash the same as it is illegal and further directing the respondents not to proceed with the enquiry.
