ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent to cause production of the body and person of the petitioner's minor daughter Bharathi, daughter of Elumalai, aged 17 years before this Court and hand over her to petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.From the statement given by the petitioner's husband viz., the father of the detenue, it appears that the detenue is a major. The detenue was also produced before the police station. The records would reveal that there is some sort of settlement between the parties. The statement of the detenue also would reveal that she has married one Senthamizh Selvan on 24.04.2019. Thus we do not find that the detenue is in the illegal custody of anybody.

3.In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
