2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Though the respondents have been served with notice, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 176 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.15502 of 2017 is condoned.

5. It is made clear that the claimants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 176 days.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
