Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the Learned Principal Sessions Judge/ Special Court constituted under S.C & S.T (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Thiruvanamalai, to consider the petitioner's bail application on his surrender on the same day in respect of Crime No.178 of 2015 on the file of the learned Special Judge cum District Sessions Judge, Thiruvanamalai.

ORDER

The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b) and 323 of I.P.C. r/w 3(1)(X) of S.C. & S.T. (POA) Amendment Ordinance 2014, seeks a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge/ Special Court constituted under S.C & S.T (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Thiruvanamalai to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.178 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

3.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge/ Special Court constituted under S.C & S.T (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Thiruvanamalai , there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge/ Special Court constituted under S.C & S.T (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Thiruvanamalai, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
