Writ Petition No.20861 of 2012 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to send a call letter to the petitioner for the interview to the post of "Noon Meal Organiser" and consequently select the petitioner for the position of Noon Meal Organiser in the Madhukarai Town Panchayat.

Writ Petition No.20862 of 2012 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to send a call letter to the petitioner for the interview to the post of "Noon Meal Organiser" and consequently select the petitioner for the position of Noon Meal Organiser in the Veerpandi Village Panchayat.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the interview for the posts of "Noon Meal Organizer" had already been held, on 10.07.2012, and the selected persons have been appointed in the respective posts.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, the Writ Petitions are dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
