2 R.VIJAYAKUMAR 3 L.LAKSHMINARAYANAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to the Extent that the Time granted to the Petitioner, to make the deposit as per the Impugned Order within 2 (two) weeks be extended by a period of 3 (three) weeks i.e. January 26, 2018 or any such date that the Honble Court may deem fit pending WP No.33667/2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.KARTHICK SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.CYRIL AMARCHAND MANGALDAS, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been moved by the petitioner seeking extension of time to deposit the backwages as per the impugned order.

Since a sum of Rs.25 lakhs is required to be deposited, due to financial limitations faced by the petitioner coupled with the brief holidays faced by the petitioner Management till January, 2018, they were not able to mobilize funds to make the deposit.

2. Accepting the prayer, this Court grants finally two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to make the deposit as per the impugned order. The miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
