ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking quashment of the impugned orders passed by the respondents 5 & 6 and a direction to the respondents to publish the result for the 19 students who had under gone their 10th std as " Regular" students in the petitioner school.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that, pursuant to the order of this Court, the respective students were allowed to appear for the supplementary examination on the payment already made by them in the month of March, 2020 and their results were published.
Subsequently, they were also issued their provisional marksheets for the said examination.
3. Recording the said statement, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
