It is seen that inspite of the earlier opportunity given, the petitioner has not surrendered. Therefore, the petition to suspend the sentence is dismissed.

2. Further, it will be open for the respondent/complainant to approach the trial Court and the trial Court can issue/execute warrant and permit the petitioner to undergo the sentence.
