(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11566 of 2020 order dated 14.08.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
