(CRIME NO.1698 OF 2020).

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relaxed the condition the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6104 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12302 of 2020 order dated 16.10.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.STALIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 16.10.2020 in Crl.MP.No.6104 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.12302 of 2020, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Again, this petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 16.10.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
