This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.Not known on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up, it is informed by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, enquiry is pending against the petitioner in Crime No.121 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

3. With regard to the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the view that, respondent police may continue with the petitioner's enquiry. The petition seeking anticipatory bail would not arise.
