Heard Mr.N.Umapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Saravanan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent / Corporation.

2. The petitioner has challenged the demand issued by the respondent dated 25.05.2018 demanding entertainment tax from the petitioner. Pursuant to the interim orders granted in this writ petition, the petitioner has paid the entire demand and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the amount claimed in the impugned demand has been fully settled.
