Representing counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the case in D.V.C No.41 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Special Judge for Trial of Domestic Violence Act Cases, Coimbatore, was dismissed as settled out of Court. Representing counsel for the respondent confirms the said fact.

3. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, this civil revision petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
