O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the 3rd respondent rejecting the petitioner's appeal seeking to issue separate patta in his name.
2. In view of the order is going to be passed in the present Writ Petition, which will not prejudice the interest of the respondents 5 and 6, notice to the respondents 5 and 6 are dispensed with.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, against the order passed by the 3rd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer rejecting the petitioner's appeal seeking to issue separate patta in his name, the petitioner said to have filed a revision before the 2nd respondent on 24.12.2020. But, so far, the revision was not disposed of and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of case, the 2nd respondent District Revenue Officer is directed to consider the petitioner's revision and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as respondents 5 and 6 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
