O R D E R

This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in E.Crmp No.33 of 2021 in Crl.M.P.No.1619 of 2021 dated 14.07.2021 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Kangayam .

2. It is seen that the petitioner was granted statutory bail by the trial Court under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C with a condition that:

solvency certificate which is issued by not below the rank of Thasildar & the sureties shall produce their Aadhar Card or Bank Pass Book".

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, due to financial conditions, the petitioner is unable to furnish a sum of Rs.25,000/- worth sureties and solvency certificate. Hence, seeks for modification.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions as follows: "The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two local sureties"

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered with the above modifications.
