This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1154 of 2012.

2. Today, M/s.T.Rajalakshmi, Sub Inspector of Police, B4 Taluk Police Station, Villupuram District, is present. The learned Government Advocate [Crl.side], on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.1154 of 2012 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact. After serving RCS.No.32 of 2012 to the defacto complainant, closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Tambaram.
