PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records on the 1st respondent in Cr.No.126 of 2011 and quash the same as illegal, unconstitutional and absolutely groundless.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.126 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the first respondent has completed the investigation and also filed a final report as early as on 24.08.2018 before the leaned Judicial Magistrate III, Coimbatore and it is pending for taking cognizance. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become dismissed as infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Coimbatore is directed to take cognizance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a final report on the file of the first respondent in Crime No.126 of 2011 thereafter, is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law if so advised. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
