CRL.OP. No.29096 OF 2015 P.VELMURUGAN, J.

This Court by order dated 08.12.2015 has directed the XI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge for CBI Cases, Singaravelar Maaligai, Chennai, to dispose of C.C.No.7 of 2013 before the end of June and report the same to the Registry without fail.

2. The XI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge for CBI cases by letter dated 21.06.2016 submitted that this case was posted on 22.06.2016 for examination of the Investigating Officer and 4 other witnesses. He further submitted that after examining these witnesses arguments have to be carried out. Therefore he seeks extension of four months time for disposal of the case.

3. Accordingly, the matter was listed today under the caption "for extension of time."

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

5. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

Time granted by this Court on 08.12.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.29096 of 2015 to dispose of C.C.No.7 of 2013, shall stand further extended for a period of two months finally from the date on which, the copy of the order is made ready.
