Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the application submitted by the petitioner has been considered and Online Patta has been issued in the name of the petitioner and his siblings vide proceeding T.R:2025/0103/05/332850TR dated 31.10.2025 by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar and copy of the online patta transfer has also been produced before this Court.
