ORDER

Heard Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Manokaran Sundaram, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and with their consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the goods along with the vehicle bearing Registration No.KA-04-C-6600 have been released by the respondent, on verification of the relevant documents.

4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
