This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order dated 11.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5775 of 2024 by the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner reveals that all the allegations are civil in nature as against the counter party. There is absolutely no material to constitute any cognizable offence. Hence, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was rightly dismissed by the Trial Court.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order dated 11.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5775 of 2024 by the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed.
