Tittagudi Tk, Cuddlaore District, Pin-606 111 to consider enhancement the crop loan limit to Rs.2 Lakhs as requested by the petitioner in the representation dated 29.11.2016 and continue to assist to continue cultivation for his life and disperse the same.

By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition

seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 29.11.2016.

3. According to the petitioner, he has submitted a representation dated 29.11.2016 requesting enhancement of the crop loan limit to Rs.2,00,000/-,but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Heard Mr.N.Radhakrishnan, Party-in-person and Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
