ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] (1)Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

(2)The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the petitioner / father of the minor detenue Nishanthini, aged 3 years, to direct the respondents to cause production of her daughter before this Court and to hand over her custody to the petitioner herein.

(3)When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police had secured the minor child and handed over to the petitioner herein.

(4)Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands closed.
