This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 2 and 5 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 04.03.2024 and 03.05.2024 by opening the temple for worship and hand over the keys to the petitioner trust for conducting
annual temple festival from 21.05.2024 to 23.05.2024 with due protection.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.
