Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of the H.M.O.P.No.123 of 2010 on the file of the Kodaikanal Camp Court, (Subordinate Judge, Palani) to the file of Subordinate Judge, Jayankondam

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a petition seeking restitution of conjugal rights filed by respondent/husband is pending on the file of Kodaikanal Camp Court, (learned Subordinate Judge, Palani). In the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition, petitioner/wife has stated that she is residing with her parents at Jeyankondam, that she apprehends harm at the hands of respondent and their family members and hence, she finds it difficult to attend the hearing at Kodaikanal.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation for respondent.

5. Considering the submissions of the petitioner, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.123 of 2010 pending on the file of Kodiakanal Camp Court (learned Subordinate Judge, Palani), to the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Jeyankondam.

6. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
