(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11243 of 2020 order dated 28.07.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
