O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent herein to take action against the second respondent and its teacher on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.11.2015, given to the first respondent and to transfer the same to any other investigation agency for a fair enquiry.

2.In the petition it is stated the petitioner herein lodged complaint before the 1st respondent alleging that his daughter Srividya, aged 13 years studying in 8th Standard, A Section with the 2nd respondent, school on 05.11.2015, she went to school on a good condition, but, on the same day at about 3.30 p.m., 2nd respondent, School's van driver contacted the petitioner over phone and informed him that as his daughter was slipped in the school bathroom she was taken to near by Jaya hospital and the hospital authority informed them that she died half an hour before. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that case was registered only on 15.11.2015, investigation is pending before the Tahsildar, Sriperumpudur. After receiving report from the Tahsildar, Sriperumpudur, they will proceed with further investigation.

4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

5.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public prosecutor, I am of the opinion that there is no need to give any specific direction as prayed for, hence recording the submission of the public prosecutor this petition is closed. However, the 3rd respondent, namely, Superintendent of Police, Kanchipuram District is directed to monitor the investigation after receiving the report from Tahsildar.
