ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the District Collector in proceeding No.n$2/14685/2018 dated 06.05.2019 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the 3rd respondent to pass orders on merit.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the very same subject property, the petitioner has already filed a civil suit before this Court in C.S.No.200 of 2024 and the same is pending. Hence, he Page No.2 of 4

submitted that this Court may close this writ petition, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Tahsildar seeking for issuance of fresh patta as per the decree, if she succeeds in the said civil suit.

3. In the view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner succeeds in the said civil suit pending before this Court, she is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Tahsildar for issuance of fresh patta. No costs.
