A.No.2904 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 520 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement of the death of the first plaintiff herein.

2.A.No.2905 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first plaintiff herein in C.S.No.343 of 2012. 3.A.No.2906 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the applicant herein viz. Mangai, W/o.Late Raji, as the proposed 5th Plaintiff herein in the suit in C.S.No.343 of 2012.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed. Plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.
