Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Memorandum issued in Ref.No.PL-3(L158) dated 28.5.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and further directing the 2nd respondent to pay the retirement benefits payable to the petitioner with interest.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the Memorandum issued in Ref.No.PL-3 (L158) dated 28.5.2014, issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and further directing the 2nd respondent to pay the retirement benefits payable to the petitioner with interest.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the disciplinary proceedings were concluded and final orders on the disciplinary proceedings were issued, imposing the penalty of termination on the writ petitioner.

3. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
