Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the records of the second and third respondents relating to admission to MBBS/BDS courses 2017-2018 session and quash the clauses in
Prospectus for admission to MBBS/BDS courses 2017-2018 session namely, clause I (1) (k); clause VIII (40)(iii)(a) & (e) of the Prospectus in so far as the exclusion of candidates with Upper Limb disablitiy for admission to MBBS/BDS courses 2017-2018 and direct the second and third respondents to admit the petitioner to MBBS course under special category if found otherwise eligible.
