CMP.No.18461/2021 in AS.No.114/2021 [Video Conferencing] S.S.SUNDAR, J., The above miscellaneous petition is filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners as the Legal Heirs of the deceased appellant in the suit.

2.In the affidavit filed along with the petition, it is stated that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased appellant.

The Death Certificate of the deceased appellant and the Legal Heirship Certificate are produced by the proposed petitioners herein.

3.In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the proposed petitioners can be brought on record as the Legal Heirs of the deceased appellant.

4.Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title and post the appeal suit in the usual course.
