4.This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

5.With a view to adhere the principles of natural justice fully and to decide the matter on merits, this Court is inclined to allow this petition subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- in addition to Rs.2,000/-, as ordered by this Court in order dated December 5, 2024 passed in CMP.No.23028 of 2022.

6.Mr.M.Raja Sekhar, Counsel on record for the Petitioner has remitted a sum of Rs.3,000/- + Rs,2,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] directly to the Respondent's Counsel. In view of the submissions, this petition is allowed.
